Yaco, Rufo and Nilo: Friends of the Happy River

Near a beautiful river, with blue and sparkling waters, lived three dinosaur friends: Yaco, the green dinosaur with a long neck; Rufo, the red dinosaur with three little horns; and Nilo, the blue dinosaur with yellow spots. Every afternoon they would meet to play by the riverbank.

Yaco, the green long-necked dinosaur, loved stretching his neck to reach the highest leaves. Rufo, the red dinosaur with three little horns, loved running and jumping among the rocks. And Nilo, the blue dinosaur with yellow spots, liked to watch everything very carefully before acting.

One day, while they were playing by the river, they heard a sad sound: "Help, help!" It was a little turtle, trapped under a branch that had fallen into the water.

Rufo, the red dinosaur, wanted to jump straight into the river to save her all by himself. But the current was strong, and Yaco, the green dinosaur, gently stopped him: "Wait, Rufo. Together we can help her better and more safely."

Nilo, the blue dinosaur with yellow spots, looked calmly at the scene and said: "I can see a safe way. Yaco, you're strong—hold the branch steady. Rufo, you're fast—gently pick up the little turtle."

Yaco, the green dinosaur, used his long neck and his strength to hold the branch steady. Rufo, the red dinosaur, moved forward carefully and, very gently, took the little turtle between his paws. Nilo, the blue dinosaur, guided the way so that everything would go well.

The little turtle was safe! "Thank you, friends," she said with a smile. "We couldn't do it alone, but together we could," said Yaco, the green dinosaur. Rufo, the red dinosaur, nodded: "Helping is better as a team." And Nilo, the blue dinosaur, added: "And thinking before acting helped us do it right."

To celebrate, the three friends and the little turtle played by the river while the sun painted the sky orange. They splashed, laughed and shared sweet fruits that Yaco reached from high up in the trees.

"Will you come play again tomorrow?" asked the little turtle, happy. "Of course we will!" the three friends answered together. And so, laughing and playing by the beautiful river, Yaco the green one, Rufo the red one and Nilo the blue one learned that helping each other makes everything more beautiful.
